1. Booking and Payment
1.1. Reservation: A deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 60 days before the retreat start date. The payment schedule will be shared with you in advance.
1.2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal
1.3. Late Payments: If the full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1. Guest Cancellations:
In case of cancellation, please note the following:.
a) For cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat, a full refund minus the deposit will be given.
b) For cancellations made between 90-60 days before the retreat, a 50% refund minus the deposit will be given.
c) For cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat, no refund will be given unless you find someone to take your spot.
2.2. Organizer Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund of the payment made towards the retreat will be provided. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel expenses).
2.3 Force Majeure Clause: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the organiser may offer a credit for a future retreat instead of a refund.
2.4 Travel Insurance Encouraged: Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation fees, especially for unexpected emergencies.
