About Me
My relationship with yoga began in 2015.
I was living alone in a foreign country, completing my MA in International Conflict Studies. I was lonely, I was stressed, and my back hurt constantly. After many years of friends telling me to “just try yoga!!” - I gave in.
I had always felt that I “wasn’t a yoga person.” I was too big, too loud, too much. But in that first studio in Bethnal Green, I found that I was just enough.
I became determined to spread the joy of yoga practice to others. With my background in conflict resolution, non-violent communication, and thai massage, I believe that yoga has something to offer everyone. My classes are inclusive, accessible, and fun for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
I am proud to hold space for my students. Space for them to explore themselves and their practice, while inviting them to love themselves a little bit more, and understand themselves a little bit more deeply.
